Born in raised in Nebraska, I grew up in Ulysses, a town of fewer than 100 people, and graduated from Aquinas Catholic High School in David City, NE in 2019.  

Having three siblings being teachers, I believed that was my calling when I chose to attend Wayne State College.  After realizing my siblings have way more patience than I do, I decided to switch majors after taking a communication course and giving a presentation on Nebraska football.  After being told by my professor to turn that passion into a career, the rest was history.
 
I joined the college radio station in Fall of 2021 and began my broadcasting career, calling football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, and even track and field for KWSC-FM.  After spending 2 years broadcasting games, I graduated in December of 2022.  Living in Nebraska for 22 years has made me fall in love with the state and I had little interest in leaving.
 
After taking a chance and applying for a reporting position at NCN, I look forward to the opportunities presented to me here in Norfolk.
